TERMS OF PAYMENT AND REPAYMENT

Payment Policy
We accept: Visa and MasterCard. Payment can only be made by credit or debit card. Payment will be charged to the account at the time the order is placed and/or enrollment begins. No amounts greater than those authorized at the time of purchase will be charged.

All purchases over £100 are subject to additional verification and security measures such as the 3Ds Secure protocol.



Automatic Recurring Billing - Enrollment
In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Website, subscription fees may be automatically renewed at the end of the period initially selected for a similar period and for a similar or lesser amount unless canceled by you. Unless and until this Agreement is terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein, you authorize the Website to bill you for your selected payment method and to pay the continuing cost of your subscription through the same payment method.



By accepting these Terms of Use, the subscriber agrees to a 3-day trial membership for only 3£ and acknowledges that unless the subscriber cancels his/her membership before the end of the trial period, the subscriber will automatically be granted a full membership at the price and terms selected during the registration process. In addition, the subscriber authorizes us to charge the membership fee for the next billing period. The charge will appear on the subscriber's credit card statement.



Subscription refund policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you choose to cancel your subscription, it will continue only until the end of the current period you have already started and no further subscription periods will be charged. We do not offer refunds as cancellation will take effect immediately after the end of the started period. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our enrollment service, a refund of up to a maximum of 2 enrollment periods may be considered in rare circumstances. If you have a complaint about our enrollment service, please email it to our customer service department and we will make a decision within 3-4 business days.



Product refund policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy (the standard legally accepted policy is 14 days). This period applies from the day you receive the product you purchased. You may return a product up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received and in its original packaging.

In the case of sealed goods that do not lend themselves to return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal lapses if the goods are unsealed after delivery.
